Because every RANDOMAE item is made to order just for you, our return policy reflects that commitment to quality and fairness.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will replace it or issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Email us at randomcontact965@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.

Wrong Size / Change of Mind
Because products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for size changes or change of mind. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund before production starts. After it starts, we'll try to stop it. Once shipped or delivered, cancellations aren't available. Request from your Account or email randomcontact965@gmail.com right away.

No Refunds After Delivery
Delivered orders are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing carefully before ordering using our Size Guide.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
