By accessing or using the RANDOM website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use this site.

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase from RANDOM. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we believe this condition is not met.

All RANDOM products are manufactured on demand by our fulfillment partner (Printful) after your order is placed. Production takes 3–5 business days. Colors may vary slightly from screen images due to monitor calibration. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes.

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card data is never stored on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after payment, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All content on this site — including graphics, logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of RANDOM or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Purchasing a product grants you no intellectual property rights in its design beyond personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; (c) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data; (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders; or (e) harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff.

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice. If a refund is issued, points earned from that order are removed from your balance. Any points you redeemed on that order are restored.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDOM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RANDOM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of RANDOM shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property claims. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
